This 1995 Toyota 4Runner SR5 is a 4×4 example that is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes 15″ alloy wheels, a front brush guard, a receiver hitch, air conditioning, and a rear heater as well as an electric glass sunroof and rear window. The truck was acquired by the seller in 2019, reportedly from the daughter of its original owner, and has since been repainted from gold to white as well as fitted with replacement front end components and Bilstein shocks.
The vehicle left the factory finished in Sierra Beige Metallic according to the window sticker, and was refinished in Toyota Super White following rust repair by King’s Classics in Indiana during the seller’s ownership. Exterior features include a brush guard, roof rails with crossbars, a receiver hitch, a power antenna, and a rear wind deflector. Black grille and tailgate emblems have replaced the original items, which will be included in the sale along with the removed running boards, additional roof rack crossbars, and four mud guards.
Four-spoke 15″ alloy wheels wear 31×10.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain TA KO2 tires, with a matching spare mounted under the cargo area. Braking is from power-assisted front discs as well as rear drums with ABS. The front end was fitted with new Pitman and idler arms as well as replacement tie rods under current ownership, and four Bilstein 4600 shocks were installed along with a new steering damper.
The cabin features beige cloth seating surfaces with herringbone inserts along with matching door panels and a two-tone dash. The optional Sports Package seats feature seven-way adjustment for the driver, and additional amenities include an electric glass sunroof and rear window, air conditioning, and a rear heater. An aftermarket Alpine stereo has been installed along with a six-CD changer in a rear side compartment.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer and a tachometer along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 103k miles.
The 3.0-liter 3VZ-E V6 was factory rated at 150 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and head gasket were replaced in 2017, and an oil change was performed in May 2020.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
