Originally finished in red, the car was repainted its current shade of British Racing Green during the refurbishment in 2005. The passenger-side front fender was damaged under current ownership, and a black tonneau cover is included in the sale.
Silver-finished 15” alloy wheels are mounted with Kumho 795 Touring A/S tires. Work performed in 2005 reportedly included replacement of the leaf springs and shocks. The seller notes that the brakes are not currently operable and require service.
The interior is trimmed in tan leather upholstery with matching door panels and a wood dashboard. Air conditioning has been added and additional amenities include a Pioneer stereo, an analog clock, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror.
A wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of Smiths instrumentation, which consists of a 6k-rpm tachometer, a 140-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge displaying amperage, oil pressure, fuel level, and water temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 67k miles.
The replacement 3.5-liter Rover V8 was reportedly rebuilt in 2005 and is fitted with an Offenhauser intake manifold, an Edelbrock carburetor, and an aluminum radiator. The water pump is said to have been replaced in 2019. The seller states that the battery requires replacement and recommends performing a tune-up and rebuilding the starter.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a T5 five-speed manual transmission.
