This 1958 Austin-Healey 100-6 BN6 is a two-seat roadster that was acquired by the seller in 2021, reportedly from the original owner. The body was repainted in its current shade of maroon some time ago, while the black soft top was reportedly installed about three years ago. The side mirror has been relocated to the fender, and the previous mounting holes remain. Finish imperfections are evident on the passenger-side fender, and the seller notes touch-up work on the body as well as faded paint on the driver’s door.
The 15″ 72-spoke wire wheels feature two-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with 165/80 Kumho Power Star 758 tires. Recent service is said to include replacement sway bar link bushings and rear wheel cylinders.
The seats have been fitted with replacement foam padding and recovered in black vinyl with red piping. A matching arm rest is stationed on the transmission tunnel, and additional features include a heater, a grab bar for the passenger, rubber floor mats, and lap belts.
A banjo-style steering wheel wears an aftermarket lace-up cover and fronts a Smiths 120-mph speedometer and 6k-rpm tachometer. The five-digit odometer shows just over 79k miles.
The 2,639cc straight-six is equipped with twin SU carburetors and sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Recent service reportedly included an oil change, replacement spark plugs, and timing and ignition point adjustments.
